Signing In to 1 King
Getting into your 1King account takes seconds once you know the details you set at registration. This page covers what those details are, the sign-in steps themselves, and what to try if a sign-in attempt doesn't go through.
If you don't have an account yet, this isn't the right page — registration is covered separately.
What You Need
1King doesn't use a separate username. Instead, sign-in is tied to whichever contact method you registered with — phone number or email — paired with your password.
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Identifier | Phone number or email, matching what you registered with |
| Password | Set at registration, minimum 6 characters |
| Account limit | One account per person |
There's no PIN, no security question, and no extra app step for a standard sign-in — just the identifier and password combination above.
Signing In Step by Step
The sign-in form appears in the same place whether you're on desktop or a mobile browser:
- Open the 1 King site and select the sign-in option.
- Enter the phone number or email linked to your account.
- Type your password.
- Submit the form.
Once you're signed in, everything picks up exactly where you left it — balance, bet history, and any active bonuses carry over without needing to be reloaded or reclaimed.
If You've Forgotten Your Password
Password recovery is built directly into the sign-in form — look for the recovery link next to the password field and follow the steps from there.
The Help Center's Account section covers anything the recovery flow itself doesn't answer, and support is available directly if you'd rather ask a person than click through prompts.
Fixing a Failed Sign-In
Most sign-in issues trace back to a small mismatch rather than a broken account. A few things worth checking first:
- Re-check the phone number or email for typos — a missing digit or an extra character is the most common cause of a rejected attempt.
- Passwords are case-sensitive, so confirm caps lock is off and you're entering it exactly as you set it.
- Use the same identifier you registered with — if you signed up by phone, an email won't work unless it's also linked to the account.
- Try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers if the page seems stuck rather than actively rejecting your details.
If none of that resolves it, password recovery is the next step, or reach out to support directly rather than repeating the same attempt.
One Account, One Sign-In
1 King limits every player to a single account. If you've forgotten your original login, the right move is recovering it — not registering a new one. Creating a second account, even by accident, still counts as a breach of the platform's rules.
Account sharing isn't permitted either, even with family. Keeping your phone number, email, and password private protects both your balance and your bonus eligibility.
Signing In on Mobile
No app is needed to sign in and bet from your phone. The mobile browser carries the same sign-in form as desktop, just resized for a smaller screen, and connects to the identical account, balance, and history.
You can stay signed in on more than one device at the same time — a phone and a computer, for instance — without needing to log out of either first, and both will reflect the same balance in real time.
Still Can't Sign In
If the steps above don't get you back into your account, reach out directly:
- Email — [email protected], for sign-in or account-access questions.
- Support button — built into the site's main navigation for a faster response.
- Telegram — 1King's Telegram channel for general questions.
Have your registered phone number or email ready when you contact support — that's what the team uses to locate your account quickly.
